  • If you have pain that affects your movement then we can help diagnose and treat you to get you back moving properly again. We use a variety of manual and electro therapy techniques that can help ease your pain.

  • We have good links with care homes and can visit you at your residence. We can work with your carers to help improve your pain & mobility. We also carry out group exercise classes in the community and care homes tailored to various levels and abilities. Our aim is to improve mobility, function and social interaction in a fun and engaging way using games, music and resistance.

  • If you or a family member is at risk of falling then we can adapt a specialised treatment programme to help with this. We will create a tailored programme looking at internal and external falls risks and can check and advise on aids/equipment.
