We can discuss with you or a family member your condition and needs to figure out if we are the service for you.

Initial Visit

A 60 minute session gathering information about your condition, past medical history and medications. We will complete a full physical assessment, discuss your gaols, make a treatment plan and start treatment during the session if we can.

Follow Up Treatments

Follow up sessions are typically 45 minutes, however, we are flexible and can discuss if you prefer shorter or longer during our visits. Treatment will be directed around your goals and your focus using evidence based practice and multiple treatment adjuncts.

Areas we cover
We will travel to you for all visits so you don’t have to worry about transport. We cover Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
We can visit you in the comfort of your own home, or arrange to meet you elsewhere. This could be at a local gym, swimming pool or any other leisure activity that relates to your goals.
Extra Travel Charges:
~ Visits more than 15 miles of our base (Northampton, NN5) will be charged at £5 extra per visit.
~ Visits more than 20 miles of our base (Northampton, NN5) will be charged at £10 extra per visit.
