We understand cancellations are often unavoidable. If you cancel before 24 hours of your appointment then you will not be charged. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your appointment will still incur full charge of your appointment.

We travel all over Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. An additional £5 charge will apply to each home appointment 15miles outside of NN5 and £10 charge applied beyond 20miles. Please message or call if you are unsure.

Typically an initial assessment will last 60 minutes. A treatment session will last 45 minutes - this can be tailored to you and pricing agreed accordingly.

This is entirely dependent on you and what you need. We will not impose any number of sessions and will let you decide what is best for you and if you are happy with the service you are receving. One session may be enough or you may decide that more is better.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or Bacs transfer on the day of your appointment.
